CC Enterprise: Successful Migration to EVM

Nearly 10 years ago, we started helping local banks in emerging markets bring their microloans on-chain, so that their customers can build up a credit reputation.

We’ve had to evolve many times, and happy to share that we've migrated all our enterprise partners from CC Enterprise, our original credit chain, onto the Creditcoin EVM chain. Their loan records and the Credal API they've always used came with them, now on a highly interoperable and more scalable chain.

Credal is what makes that work: it lets lenders record and verify real loans on-chain, building portable credit histories for people the traditional system left out. With over $100M in loans recorded, the on-chain credit infrastructure continues to run strong.

With all of our enterprise partners successfully migrated, we will be ending support for the CC Enterprise chain on August 31, 2026. This move continues our work of simplifying our ecosystem into one scalable foundation. Infrastructure like this takes time to build and properly transition, but needless to say, we’ll continue building purposeful infrastructure.
